Delivery Information
All our orders are delivered by DHL, FEDEX, DPD and other courier companies with express service that requires a signature upon delivery. To track or make changes to your delivery, you can contact DHL, FEDEX, DPD and other courier partners directly through their portals. You will receive a notification as to which courier company will ship your order. Also, please note that UK public holidays will affect your expected delivery date.
Please allow an extra five working days for engraved products.
Please note: Orders placed after the cut-off times or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Please note: It may take 2 - 5 working days for your order to be processed.
Orders are shipped from the UK and our partner in the Netherlands, Viptrex.
FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER €450
We are currently offering free shipping on all orders over €450. If placing an order on Friday after 1 pm (GMT), your order will be processed on the next working day (Monday). Orders to Remote Areas may be subject to an additional 3 - 7 working days’ delivery time. Terms & Conditions apply.
To make our customers’ shopping experience as enjoyable as possible, we are shipping DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) with our Courier partner to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
All orders are shipped from the UK.
Please note that for both EU and international orders, delivery may be delayed due to situations beyond our control, such as Brexit, customs delays, adverse weather conditions or an unexpected increase in demand. Please contact our Customer Service Team (customerservice@tateossian.com) or our Courier partner for an update related to your order.
Tateossian does not ship orders to P.O. Boxes.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
For any other destination which is not listed above, we are shipping DAP (Delivery at Place). Which means, as the receiver of the order, you must pay any import sales tax and duties to our Courier partner so that your order can be released from Customs. We are unable to advise you on what the exact cost of taxes and duties will be and so we advise all our customers to contact their local Customs office or tax authority.
The amount to be paid will depend on the type of goods and where they are produced (Country of Origin). As stated above, it is the customers’ responsibility to cover any duties and fees levied by their own country (if applicable). If you do not pay this fee, local custom regulators will not release the package to you and will send it back to Tateossian head office in London.
